The Polish Hurricane
This newly created cocktail is dedicated to the memory of the Polish pilots who served with the R.A.F. in the Battle of Britain in World War 2.
The battle began in July 1940 and by October of that year, these Polish pilots had destroyed over 200 enemy German aircraft.
This epic battle for air supremacy was won by the R.A.F. but with only the narrowest of margins. The contribution of these Polish combat pilots, flying Hawker Hurricane fighter planes, was therefore critical to victory.
